Free Nationwide Shipping

Enjoy free shipping on every order, with no minimum order value, via JNE Reguler. For orders of IDR 1.000.000 or more shipped outside Jakarta, JNE YES may be used depending on the destination. Shipping is calculated at checkout and charged at IDR 0.

Delivery Times

Jabodetabek & Java: 1–3 business days. Sumatra, Bali, NTB, Kalimantan: 3–5 business days. Sulawesi, NTT, Maluku: 4–7 business days. Papua: 5–10 business days. These are estimates that vary by destination, measured from dispatch rather than from order placement.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, depending on the availability of your frame, Thin Lenses, or Softlens. Orders for frames, sunglasses, and non-astigmatism Softlens placed before 2:00 PM WIB Monday to Friday, or before 12:00 PM WIB on Saturday, are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Track Your Order

You will receive a payment confirmation email within 1 business day (24 hours) after your payment is completed. We do not currently provide order status tracking during the processing stage. Once your order has been handed to the courier, you will receive your JNE tracking number by email, and we are rolling out WhatsApp messages with the same number. Track your shipment on our tracking page or directly at jne.co.id. The tracking number gives shipment status updates only, not live tracking.

Change Delivery Address

You can request a change of delivery address within 1 hour after your payment is confirmed by contacting us on WhatsApp at 0813-1000-7788, by email at online@optikseis.com, or by calling Customer Service at 1500-809. Once your order has been handed to the courier, the delivery address cannot be changed or redirected.
