For single-vision prescription lenses, select "Buy Glasses + Free Thin Lenses" — in the pop-up window, choose your preferred lens package and enter your prescription details, or simply upload a photo of your prescription (online lens orders are Single Vision only — progressive and other lens types are not available for online purchase). Then add it to your cart. From the popup, choose "View Cart" to review your order or "Continue Shopping" to keep browsing. You can also open your cart any time from the cart icon at the top right. Check the product and quantity, then click "Continue to Checkout". Enter your delivery details accurately to avoid shipping issues, choose your payment method, and complete the payment on the secure payment screen. Payment instructions are also sent to your email. Note: actual product colors may differ slightly from photos due to lighting, contrast, and screen brightness.

Click the Softlens you want, select the power for your left and right eyes plus quantity, then click "Add to Cart". For astigmatism Softlens, select your Power (SPH), Cylinder (CYL), and Axis values from the available options. From the popup, choose "View Cart" to review or "Continue Shopping" to keep browsing. Check your Softlens details and quantity, then click "Continue to Checkout". Enter your delivery details, choose your payment method, and complete the payment on the secure payment screen. Yes — regular prices on optikseis.com apply at every Optik Seis store. The difference is promotions: online offers apply only to optikseis.com purchases, while in-store promotions follow our monthly store programs which vary each month.

Eye tests are free, walk-in with no appointment, and available in-store only. A full written prescription requires proof of purchase.

At our stores we offer eye examinations, eyeglass adjustments, and eyeglass cleaning. A copy of your eye prescription (refraction result) will be provided after you make a purchase at Optik Seis, either in-store or online.

We accept: Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard); Virtual Account (BCA, BRI, BNI); Bank Transfer (BCA, Mandiri); GoPay; ShopeePay; QRIS; and BCA/Mandiri 0% installment (6 months). All transactions are processed in IDR.

Virtual Account codes are time-limited: BCA is valid for 48 hours (2×24), while BNI and BRI are valid for 24 hours (1×24) — after that the code expires.

Send a photo or screenshot of your payment proof — along with your Name, Phone Number, and Invoice Number — to Email online@optikseis.com. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive an electronic receipt by email at the address you provided.

Delivery time depends on the destination zone: Jabodetabek & Java — 1–3 business days; Sumatra, Bali, NTB, Kalimantan — 3–5 business days; Sulawesi, NTT, Maluku — 4–7 business days; Papua — 5–10 business days.

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after we receive your payment confirmation, subject to frame, lens, and Softlens availability. Orders for frames, sunglasses, and non-astigmatism Softlens placed before 2:00 PM WIB Monday to Friday, or before 12:00 PM WIB on Saturday, ship the same day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Registration is in-app only. Download the "Optik Seis Reward" mobile app from Play Store or App Store to register: open the app, complete your details, then return to the main screen and log in with your Email and password.

New members start with a Blue e-member card — 10% off every frame and sunglass purchase (excluding PCI brands*). Once your accumulated spend reaches IDR 4.000.000, your card upgrades to Gold — 20% off frames and sunglasses (excluding PCI). Log in with your Email and password — your e-member card appears on screen. Your points balance and the Softlens stamps you've collected are shown in the member app.

Yes. Every frame, frame-and-lens, or sunglasses purchase of IDR 1.000.000 or more at Optik Seis is automatically covered by BCA Proteksi Kacamata from BCA Insurance — free of charge, with no activation needed. Coverage lasts 12 months from the date you receive your item and reimburses up to the item's price (maximum IDR 20.000.000, with a 10% own-risk per claim). It protects against unexpected damage, liquid and temperature damage, fire, lightning and explosion, riots, robbery with force, and natural disasters — but not normal wear and tear, scratches, coating damage, or lens-only and Softlens purchases.
